Kevin Lacasse and Jeremy Avery are combining their decades of experience to form a new real-estate company. Kevin provides an expansive background developing properties all over the state of New Hampshire and Jeremy brings a track record of success launching and completing new construction residential projects. Together they provide a basis of knowledge and skills that will well-serve sellers and buyers alike. While the partnership will focus on new-construction projects and watefront homes, the goal of the founders is to build a full-service brokerage covering all elements of the real-estate market.
 
With that in mind, the company will have FIVE divisions. Each division will be fine-tuned to that market, allowing buyers to access the properties that fit their needs, and giving sellers a marketing strategy perfectly suited to their property.
