The founders of Lacasse & Avery worked together for the first time at the successful "Highland Ridge" development in Tilton. Launching a residential development of 24 homes in Tilton was considered a risky venture, but the quality construction and high-level marketing campaign brought success. Since then Kevin and Jeremy have each locked in their reputations as the go-to guys for new construction. Jeremy's string of successes includes being a lead agent for the Lakeside At Paugus Bay luxury waterfront project, and selling out Phase One of the Brook Hill At Meredith project. We are equally capable of representing buyers as they go through the process of acquiring their brand new home, or working with a developer from the concept to the completion of their project.
