We believe that buyers are under the impression that they cannot possibly find a NEW-CONSTRUCTION HOME in New Hampshire for under $535,000 (the average sales price for an existing home in New Hampshire). We further believe that builders have been convinced that there is no money to be made building and selling such homes. Both ideas are incorrect, and our goal is to bring builders and buyers together, to put New Hampshire families into New Hampshire homes, and to be part of the solution to the housing crisis in this great state that we call home.
